My most Beloved Master, After going through a craniotomy in 2022, through the tug of war between life and death, I truly experienced what Master had said, that after initiation, Master is with us at all times. You’ll find that She works with you, lives with you, and even suffers with you.
When the doctor looked at my neuroimaging scans, he said seriously, “Because the tumor grows in the bone seams and is next to the veins, it is a very difficult surgery. And we are afraid of rupturing the veins, so we do not consider removing the tumor completely. There might also be sequelae of hemiplegia and epilepsy after surgery.”
At that time, I suffered painfully from the brain tumor. Despite the doctor informing me that there was only a 3% success rate for the surgery, I still chose to have the surgery.
After entering the surgery room, with a glimmer of consciousness left, I saw the room filled with invisible beings ‒ some were fierce ghosts with green hair, and many more were those who had passed away there. Just when I got frightened, Master appeared on my right-hand side. I hastened to recite the Five Holy Names, and all invisible beings disappeared instantly. Only Master looked lovingly at me as I gradually lost consciousness. After the surgery, I woke up to the Buddha Chanting sung by Master. The Buddha Chanting echoing in the ward made me think to myself, “What a coincidence! Could it be that a fellow initiate is in the intensive care with me?”
Even my daughter knew what Master had done for me. After I woke up, she rushed to the ward, crying and saying, “Mom, you have to thank your Master! It was your Master Who saved you.” During my follow-up appointment, the doctor told me that the surgery went surprisingly well. He described, “The tumor slipped out as soon as I clamped it, it was incredible.” I knew clearly Who had borrowed his hands to do it. Besides, after the surgery, not only did I recover well, but I didn’t even have any possible sequelae that the doctor mentioned.
