Experts recommend brewing 2-3 grams of leaves at 70-80°C to preserve benefits. For optimal recovery, enjoy 2 to 3 cups of brewed tea daily rather than high-concentration supplements, which may cause adverse effects (Lao Động)

In part 1 of 3 of Steve Boyls’ near-death experience, software engineer Steve and his wife, American pediatrician Kathy, share how Steve was taken to Heaven by his guardian angel during a medically-induced coma.
Steve and Kathy were living busy but ordinary lives in late 2021. Steve was a churchgoing believer with no interest in NDE (near-death experience) literature — when Kathy would offer him books or DVDs about Heaven experiences, he declined every time. On December 9, 2021, Steve fell severely ill with COVID, and Kathy drove him to the emergency room. Because of hospital visitation policies, Kathy — even as a physician — was not permitted to see Steve for 20 days. On December 14th, Steve was intubated and placed on a ventilator, and all communication went silent.
Steve was placed into a medically-induced coma using a narcotic and a benzodiazepine administered continuously by IV (intravenous line), along with a paralytic agent at the start, so he would not fight the ventilator. He believes the NDE occurred within the first three to five days. While Steve was unconscious, Kathy went to her prayer room every morning and spent one to two hours daily speaking healing scriptures over FaceTime, as nurses placed his phone in front of him.
OK, I’m in the coma, and I’m out of it pretty much. But then, all of a sudden, your spirit never sleeps. Your spirit is awake 24/7. We’re just not aware of it. But this angel — I’m laying in the bed — this angel comes up to me. He’s, like, floating in the air. He’s, like, a foot and a half [45 centimeters] from my face. And he goes, “Halo, Steve. My name is Marzuka. You spell that M-A-R-Z-U-K-A. I’m here to take you to Heaven for a little while while your body heals.” And I was just like, “Oh, wow! OK.” I’m not going to sit there and argue with an angel that wants to take me to Heaven.
And when I left my body, it was just like my spirit just rose up. It was just like, almost like, standing up from out of bed, except you’re standing up from your body. And the transition from Heaven, it was close to instantaneous, but you see things. I saw Marzuka, the angel, and I was going through the building, going out into the atmosphere, going through space. One thing you have to understand is that your spiritual eyes have a much wider scope of light than what your natural eyes do. So I got to see things that you might only see with, like, a Hubble Space Telescope or something like that. I didn’t see a big Light at the end of a tunnel or anything like that. I saw the Universe, and I saw stars glitzing by me and just suddenly being in Heaven.
Steve arrived at what he describes as a welcome center — like a concierge desk at a fine hotel, with beautiful wood carvings and scenes of mountains, valleys, meadows, and beaches on the walls. An attendant there told him that Marzuka would be his guide, taking him to the places he needed to see and the people he needed to meet.
So we went out, went into a meadow. I saw my dogs. One of the first things I saw is, we’d had eight dogs, and every single one of them that had passed away came to me. They were all kind of running around together in a group. And so, when I saw them in Heaven, they all looked wonderful. They had great-looking fur coats. They were all vibrant. They knew who I was. They came running up to me, and I got to spend time petting them and kind of playing with them. One of them was a dog who planted himself in our garage one day. We named him Poppy. He had one eye, and he walked with a limp. He had a big scar across, like he’d been in a big accident. In Heaven, he had both eyes. He ran great with all the other dogs. He had a really thick coat. He looked beautiful. And then, I saw my niece who had passed away. I saw her. She looked beautiful. She was in her 20s when she passed away, and she looked just as beautiful in Heaven as she did on Earth. I saw my brother, who died in a car wreck six months after we got married. I missed him so much, and it was just great to see him. He was a little older, but everybody I saw in Heaven looked like they were healthy, like in their early, mid-20s, maybe 30 at the oldest. Everybody looked great. I saw my parents. My parents died when they were, my mom was 84, something like that, and my dad was in his mid-70s. And my dad looked healthy. He had a lot of hair. He didn’t have a lot of hair on Earth, but he had a lot of hair in Heaven. And my mom looked beautiful. And one of the friends I used to work with, at one of the labs I worked at, he was kind of tall. He was about 6’2’’, 6’3’’ [187, 190 centimeters], but he was kind of a little overweight. And I saw him in Heaven, and I said, “Gary, man, it’s great to see you.” “How do you like it here?” He said, “Oh, I love it. I can eat what I want, and I don’t have to worry about gaining weight.”
Steve’s journey through Heaven was only beginning. In Part 2, he shares one of the most unexpected reunions of all, the food his guardian angel gave him, a baseball game in Heaven with his brother, and the moment he was brought into the throne room. We were walking across this field, and this little boy runs up to me, and he goes, “Hi, my name’s Daniel. I think you’re my dad.” Join us tomorrow for Part 2 of 3 of Steve Boyls’ near-death experience. (Shaun Tabatt)
