The agency reviews 124 reported cases linked to hair dyes and highlights chemicals such as PPD [paraphenylenediamine], toluene-2,5-diamine sulfate, persulfates, ammonia, and hydrogen peroxide as potential irritants or allergens. Permanent dyes are especially common and use stronger chemical processes, but semi-permanent and temporary dyes can also cause reactions. Experts advise users to follow instructions carefully, do a skin test before each application, avoid reusing products after any previous reaction, and seek medical help if symptoms are severe (Futura Sciences)
Experts recommend morning intake for multivitamins, B vitamins and vitamin D to boost energy, while magnesium suits the evening for relaxation. Because certain nutrients like calcium and iron compete for absorption, specialists advise against combined doses. Ultimately, effectiveness relies more on consistent long-term use and addressing specific deficiencies than on a single perfect time (Báo Sức khỏe và Đời sống)

Enlightening quote of the day: “You can be everything in life, but the important thing is to be a good person.” – The Venerated Enlightened Master and Sufi Poet Shams-i-Tabrīzī (vegetarian) (AZ Quotes)
Previously in Parts 1 through 4 of a multipart series of Crystal Faith’s near-death experience, 17-year-old Crystal suffered an amniotic fluid embolism during childbirth, leaving her unable to breathe. She prayed for God to let her leave her body and found herself above the hospital room as doctors tried to revive her for 45 minutes before giving up. Above the room, Crystal was also met by a loving woman she did not recognize — a presence who told her, “I’m the one who named you.” After entering the Light, Crystal co-created a living garden, entered a courtyard, and sat in conversation with Lord Jesus Christ (vegetarian) Crystal’s awareness shifted into the black void, where she spent what felt like billions of years before remembering her daughter and the life she had left behind. Crystal was suddenly transported into an artificially lit, oval-shaped room, tethered to what felt like a bed and surrounded by many observing presences, where an interdimensional angelic being stepped forward.
Now in Part 5, despite the wonder of it all, Crystal becomes desperate to return to her baby. The being tells her it can’t send her back — her body is too damaged. Crystal bargains, threatens, and pleads. And she goes, “You can do more for that baby here. Let me show you.” And she allowed me to be the seeds within a dandelion. And she took me forward to my daughter being three or four years old and blowing the dandelion. And I got to be the seeds blowing into the wind that brought the child joy and love. Then I was brought to a scene where I was the flower, and I also was blooming with the sacred geometry pattern and showing my baby how loving I am for it. And the baby recognized that and went to go pick the flower. And then I was the subconscious nudge in the quantum field that would come into the energy field of somebody else to, Divinely, in perfect timing, give my child love from a perspective where I wouldn’t have been able to because I wasn’t even present if I would have been back on Earth. This is a subconscious nudge through the lens of someone else. And she was like, “See, you can do so much more for your baby here with love than you ever can there.”
And I said, “I know, I believe you, but I want that baby to have a mother to hold, I want that baby to have experiences in life, having a loving mother, looking at it and holding it.” And she goes, “Now we’re talking. Now you’re being selfless. You’re wanting this with Love and Light. I have to respond to this.” So I said, “Well, what can we do?” And she was like, “Well, we can’t send you back there because your body is wasted.” And I said, “Well, fix it.” And she goes, “It’s not that easy. I have to get permission.” And I said, “Well, then, get the permission. Go get the permission.” And something very unique and odd happened that I’ll never forget. She goes, “OK, I’ll see what I can do.” And her eye contact left my eyes, and they went back to blue as she looked up to my halo, and she went to my halo to get permission. So, it’s like she — there’s something there that I’m still trying to understand and dissect. But she looked at my halo, and then, when she got the permission, she took kind of a step forward, and she was holding this golden pine cone, and it was literally also with the Light of it creating its own sacred geometry pattern. This being took a step forward, holding this pine cone coming out of my left ear area, and waved it. And just as she did, I felt the breath of God literally being placed back into my physical body on Earth. And I felt my whole body just elevate off the bed and come back down. And as it came back down, I realized I couldn’t open my eyes. I must be in a coma. And I started to learn how to breathe with the ventilation machine.
Six months after returning to life, Crystal visited her mother and spotted a black and white photograph on her mother’s computer screen. She immediately recognized the woman in the middle. And I said, “I met her. I met her.” And I was so excited. And I got a notebook out, and I wrote down that she said that she’s the one who named me, and I didn’t know what that meant. And so, my mom, who doesn’t see the notebook yet, proceeds to say, “There’s no way you could have met her because the last time I saw her was before you were even born.”
In Part 6, the mystery of the woman who met Crystal above the room is finally answered — when Crystal shows her mother what she had written down. And after a minute, she was like, “How did you know?” I was like, “Well, she told me. She was the one who named me.” Join us tomorrow for Part 6 of a multipart series of Crystal Faith’s near-death experience. [IANDS (International Association for Near-Death Studies) Podcast]
