It’s so easy to stay slim and beautiful on a vegan diet. Try it with me! Today I would like to share a tip on how make a 5-minute lentil dip. This dip is both tasty and creamy and can be enjoyed with veggies, bread, or chips, or to liven up sandwiches and toast. Prepare 425 g (15 oz) of canned or cooked lentils, rinsed and drained, 10 sun-dried tomatoes (about 95 g or 3 oz), 2 tablespoons each of tahini and water, 1 tablespoon of tamari or soy sauce, along with 1 teaspoon each of ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and the juice from one lemon. Blend everything in a food processor or blender until smooth. Store the dip in the fridge in a sealed container for up to a week. You can also experiment with different lentils or legumes and adjust the spices and ingredients to your liking.
