“I think Supreme Master Ching Hai is sending a message that all of us need to take on and pass along. The message about global warming and, in particular, how a vegetarian diet can reduce the global warming, by reducing the amount of livestock and animals that need to be raised and slaughtered. People do not realize how many chemicals, how many pesticides you use, not just to raise the cattle but also to raise the food that they eat. We could feed 10 times more people by raising the food directly, if people went to a vegetarian diet and the whole planet would be really much better off.”

“(Your comment on the vegan food being served by the Loving Hut [vegan] restaurant?) Thank you for inviting me for comment. And I can only say, we are really impressed with the selection, the presentation, and the finishing. And we as chefs, sometimes have non-veg more than veg, but with your buffet today, and your presentation, the selection, the authentic flavor, we really can say that it is something we all want to aim for, to promote much more the vegan and vegetarian food. Thank you very much as well to Loving Hut to have such a wonderful presentation of your selection today.”

“I am the Economic Consulate of the Indonesian Consulate General in Dubai. We really love the presence and participation of Loving Hut in this exhibition in Dubai for helping the efforts of the Indonesian Consulate General to promote Indonesia and Indonesian cuisines. Especially with the existence of this vegetarian cuisine, it is also very good to increase efforts to protect the Indonesian environment. I really support this company’s program – Loving Hut and its tagline. Be Veg, Go Green 2 Save the Planet.”
