“Hi kids! Do you know how the English people eat vegan lamb chops with their meal? They use peppermint vinegar sauce. It’s very simple. You remember how I taught you to dry the peppermint in your refrigerator? Just wrap them in the towel, keep them in there for a few days and then they become dry and crispy. You can crumple them and put them in vinegar and spread it on your vegan lamb, vegan lamb chops. And then you enjoy it with gravy and potatoes, the way the English people eat them, or with noodles. If you have fresh peppermint, of course you can also use that with vinegar to make vinegar peppermint sauce. Or you can buy the finely chopped dried peppermint in the supermarket. Voilà! Simple and nutritious!
