You can bear to eat less while you are here. Because you are not working too much, and you meditate a lot, you don’t feel that hungry. Because of habit, you may not yet immediately get used to the new things. But after two, three days you feel like “Okay, this is good for me.” You feel lighter, and you meditate better.
