All mothers are the best examples of the leadership. They don’t need to lead. They just let everyone be free and at ease. If leaders are as tolerant and generous as a mother or an elder brother, the citizens will respect them. Leaders don’t need to take people’s land or intimidate them. They don’t need to use military force to suppress them. Just relax and be loving, and people will listen. They don’t need to seize people’s property by force, but the whole country belongs to them. The most important thing is to win over people’s hearts. If people respect you wholeheartedly, then you win.
