“She was supposed to be euthanized that Saturday, and we got her that Saturday.” “We actually made a difference in Rosie’s life. But, in retrospect, Rosie’s actually made a big impact on our lives.” “She’s just the sweetest thing and she’s just an amazing dog.”

“George was rescued from an auction, where, unfortunately, a lot of dwarfs end up. We could see the condition of his legs, mostly his front feet. And so, we started working on George’s feet within two weeks of having him. You could just see George was moving around effortlessly. George brings me 100 percent joy.”

Our following video features a human couple who completely rebuilt their backyard to save a swan-individual’s life. “It’s absolutely incredibly endearing every time we walk outside that she comes up and wants to come spend time with us. She is everything to us. Our life truly revolves around her.”

Our following story features Althea, a pig-citizen, and her incredible human caretakers who enjoy tucking her into bed every night at the Little Woods Animal Sanctuary in Michigan, United States. “It kind of just became a routine. She would just immediately expect that it was time to snuggle on the lap.”

“And when I met my first donkey, I fell in love with their kind heart. Our organization has been rescuing donkeys for 24 years. As soon as Dean goes into the pasture, something magical happens. He just sits down, starts singing, and all of a sudden, a whole herd of donkeys surrounds him.”

“Margaret had many children, and when she was no longer able to continue getting pregnant and producing milk, after 17 years, there’s no use for her at the dairy farm anymore. So, we rescued Margaret, because we were looking for a special companion for another cow named Helen, who we have here at the Sanctuary who is 19 years old and blind. From that moment, they became attached at the hip.” “She opened up her heart and accepted us, and that just really shows me how brave, resilient, forgiving, and loving she is.”
