How do I overcome that?” We have physical energy, we have emotional energy, we have this kind of life force energy, all kinds of energies. And before that, do some physical exercises to release some of the pent-up kind of maybe negative thinking or negative influence from others or from yourself - karma. And then sit and meditate. And do the breathing exercise that I have told you. “One other quick thing, Master. Does it become more of just energy and not so much seeing, once you get past the Astral?” It depends on the person. Some people see visions; some people feel the vibration; some people feel different sensations or happiness or pleasure. But it's always, you have to concentrate on the third eye, whether or not you have visions or no visions. And always remember the Master, (Yes.) Five (Holy) Names, and the Gift, if you have.
