Here are some options to consider. Oats are exceptional, boasting six grams of protein per cup of cooked whole grain. Nutritional yeast is another winner, offering eight grams of protein in just under two tablespoons. Brown rice, soothing for many sensitive stomachs, provides 5.5 grams of protein per cup. Quinoa, a complete protein, delivers around eight grams per cooked cup, along with fiber and vital nutrients like iron and magnesium.
