We have eaten a lot. We have eaten a lot of food all our lives. Eating simple meals occasionally is okay, right? (Yes.) If you are too full, you will feel drowsy and sleepy. Maybe not sleepy, but you just feel not very at ease. Good. So let’s try it. “How to find the spiritual energy? Feeling?” It’s not just that. I mean you have to have merits, the ability, the sincerity, and the mission. Okay? If you do not have enough merit in spiritual practice and your level isn't high enough, it won't be much use sitting there. You won't feel anything. When I was busy before, I had to bear a lot of karma and deal with a lot of disciples. I was too busy to recharge myself. I sat at the same place, but I wasn't aware. Later, I concentrated on spiritual practice and went on retreat, and that's how I found it. Now I keep looking. I keep looking. It's getting better and better, and more and more powerful. I've mentioned it before. For me, one person, the Fifth Level is comfortable enough. There is no need to look for anything. What else do you want? It's more or less the same when you go to the highest heaven. I mean, everywhere is okay as long as we can help others.
